We collect only the information submitted through our inquiry forms, plus the language, source page and campaign parameters required to route and evaluate a business request. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months. Uploaded files are retained for up to 180 days unless a contract or legal requirement requires a different period. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and sales managers.
